She is already making a huge difference in my daily life just by responding to the journal entries I send her. Typically with a face-to-face counselor you can only talk to them when you see them, but Stephanie goes out of her way to respond to me when I need it.

Stephanie is great at getting me to self reflect and think about what works best for me. She offers suggestions and allows me to work at my own pace on what I need to reduce my anxiety and depression. She is very kind and understanding. I like that I can tell she really cares. The worksheets and our sessions have really helped me become more self aware and purposeful with my actions and thoughts.
